Your subscription to TaxNetUSA, Inc. Advanced Search is subject to the following Terms & Conditions.

1) INFORMATION SUBJECT TO CHANGE:
The information provided within the pages of this Website are subject to change without notice. Most counties are updated with new data once a month. The last date of update is generally shown on the results pages.

The information contained on the TaxNetUSA website is obtained from individual appraisal districts and other sources and as such, TaxNetUSA, Inc. makes no representation or warranty whatsoever regarding the information obtained arising from use of the pages of this site nor does it warrant the completeness or accuracy of such information and no warranty shall be implied. The use of this website and the information contained herein is at the users sole risk.

3) CONFIDENTIALITY OF USER NAME AND PASSWORD:

5) CREDIT CARD FRAUD:
The intentional input of invalid credit card information, including but not limited to, card holder name, credit card number and expiration date, constitutes credit card fraud and violators are subject to prosecution under Section 33 of the Texas Penal Code. 33.02. Breach of computer security. (a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly accesses a computer, computer network, or computer system without the effective consent of the owner. (b) A person commits an offense if the person intentionally or knowingly gives a password, identifying code, personal identification number, debit card number, bank account number, or other confidential information about a computer security system to another person without the effective consent of the person employing the computer security system to restrict access to a computer, computer network, computer system, or data. (c) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor unless the actor's intent is to obtain a benefit or defraud or harm another, in which event the offense is: (1) a state jail felony if the value of the benefit or the amount of the loss or harm is less than $20,000; or (2) a felony of the third degree if the value of the benefit or the amount of the loss or harm is $20,000 or more. (d) A person who is subject to prosecution under this section and any other section of this code may be prosecuted under either or both sections.
